I studied Marine Sciences bachelor's degree and two master's degrees, in Global Change and in Marine Resource Management Science. My profile is that of an ecologist and data analyst, specialized in food webs. Now I am starting an exciting project in terrestrial ecology. We will study the communities of microorganisms on the forest soil of Catalonia to determine the environmental and anthropogenic factors that shape them, and ultimately, to analyze their role as carbon sinks.

My interest is focused on any type of modeling that allows understanding the ecosystems functioning, their stressors, their direct and indirect effects, anthropogenic or not, and their functional capacities.
