PhD fellow in Terrestrial Ecology at CREAF, where she investigates the causes of pollinators decline and in particular the effects of pesticides used in agricoltural production on wild-bees' health and welfare. Master in Zoonosis and One Health by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2022), focusing in particular on evaluating the effects of human activities on wild animals welfare. Veterinarian and Master in Veterinarian Medicine by the Università de Bologna (Italy, 2019).

She has conducted an experimental thesis on the evaluation of glucocorticoids in wild animals as markers of animal welfare in the One Welfare field. Research fellow at the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (Italy). General and Experimental Microbiology laboratory on the projects 'EU One health zoonoses report' and 'Eco-epidemiological approach under biotic and abiotic dynamics of TTX biosintesis in bivalve molluscs in the Adriatic sea'.

She was previously research fellow and veterinary consultant. She has also worked as veterianrian, both in Italy and in Portugal.
