I am a biologist with a master's degree in genetics and evolution from the University of Granada, where I worked on the comparative characterization of resistance proteins in Coffea genus species. After that, I participated in a project on avian ecology and embryonic communication in Australia. Currently, I am working as a PhD researcher in the STRESSBEE project, where we investigate how solitary bees are affected by exposure alone and in combination with global warming, nutritional stress, and parasite pressure. We will also utilize specimens exposed to different stressors to initiate a process for identifying molecular (transcriptomic) biomarkers associated with each stressor
