Yesmina Palavecino

I hold a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. I recently completed a Master’s degree in Applied Criminology at the University of Barcelona. Since 2024, I have been part of the research team at the Observatori del Sistema Penal i els Drets Humans, of the Faculty of Law at the same university, and I also collaborate as a lecturer at the Universitat de l’Experiència.

I have more than 17 years of experience at the Argentinian National Public Prosecutor’s Office, where I worked mainly as a judicial secretary. Throughout my career, I participated in interdisciplinary teams, carrying out and supervising administrative and legal tasks, as well as personnel management functions —including recruitment processes, training, performance evaluation, and team coordination— within the Public Administration.
