Hello! I am Gia Caruso Martínez, an Agronomic Engineer and Master in Terrestrial Ecology. Throughout a career spanning more than 10 years, I have dedicated my professional and personal life to understanding and caring for the soil-plant interaction, always seeking sustainable solutions that transform our productive systems. Along my path, I have had the opportunity to lead R&D departments—managing the technical and economic validation of biological inputs and founding my own agroecological venture (Organicolibri), where I successfully scaled production, secured organic certifications, and obtained competitive funding. But my connection with nature does not stop in the laboratory or the office. Outside of the professional sphere, I am utterly passionate about the mountains. In fact, I actively participate as a volunteer in a mountain club, where I coordinate and guide high-mountain outings.
