I have a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in Conservation Biology from Lund University, Sweden.

I’m joining CREAF as a PhD student in the ECOLAND research group to work on the modelling foundations of natural processes that structure Mediterranean landscapes, mainly fire and herbivory. Through scenario-based approaches we want to incorporate their role as natural disturbances in habitat restoration planning and biodiversity conservation in Catalonia.

I have previous experience in species distribution data analysis and habitat selection modelling within the context of nature conservation projects. Through my research, I am particularly interested in developing methodological frameworks and outputs that can inform and support decision-making in land management.
