The International Symposium on Digital Earth is an international conference organized by the “International Society for Digital Earth" which is a non-political, non-governmental and not-for-profit international organization, promoting academic exchange, science and technology innovation, education, and international collaboration towards Digital Earth.

The common thread of this 13th conference  is "Earth intelligence to understand and protect our Living Planet" and is the first to be held again in a fully face-to-face format. Many of our researchers will participate in the symposium in three diferent conferences:

• Wednesday, 12 July 2023 - "In Situ Earth Observation data requirements as key basis towards a full Digital Earth" - Alba Brobia, Joan Masó, Ivette Serral, Marie-Fraçoise Voidrot.

• Thursday, 13 July 2023 - "Adding Semantic Interoperability to the Green Deal Data Space with Essential Variables products and user requirements" - Joan Masó, Lucy Bastin, Ivette Serral, Alba Brobia, Victoria Lush.

• Friday, 14 July 2023 - "Processes and Tools for enabling Interoperability between Citizen Science and Expert Biodiversity Data in Agriculture" .
