The General Assembly 2022 of the European Geosciences Union (EGU) is held at the Austria Center Vienna (ACV) in Vienna, Austria, from 23–27 May 2022. It will also take place online. The event includes topics such as new developments in a range of fields, such as planetary exploration, Earth observation, polar science, climate change, pollution and natural hazards. The assembly is open to the scientists of all nations.

Some researchers from CREAF and GRUMETS-UAB participate in this assembly with presentations and publications. Lluís is also the author of 'Co-designing climate services for drought management in the Guadalquivir River Basin', together with Annelies Broekman (CREAF), Cristina Domingo-Marimon (GRUMETS and CREAF) and Miquel Ninyerola (GRUMETS-UAB). Finally, Lluís is also co-author of the publication 'I-CISK: Towards a social and behaviourally informed approach to co-producing climate services'.

The EGU is the leading organisation for Earth, planetary and space science research in Europe. Together with their partner organisations worldwide, the EGU fosters fundamental geoscience research, alongside applied research that addresses key societal and environmental challenges.
