My investigations have focused on the study of the structure, functioning and dynamics of plant communities, and in particular Mediterranean ecosystems, in relation to different sources of anthropogenic disturbance, such as climate change, fire, and invasions by exotic species. My recent interest focus on the role of species bioclimate niche to structure plant communities in front of environmental filters associated to climate change and disturbance regime. Interests Plant population ecology, Plant functional types, Plant alien invasionsPlant community dynamics, Global change biology, Fire ecology
