I hold a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), a master’s degree in Labour and Social Security Law from IDEC (Universitat Pompeu Fabra) and a graduate diploma in Public Employment from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB).

Since May 2015 I am in charge of CREAF’s Area/Department of Staff Management, when coming from the private sector of the administrative management companies and law firms.

In the center, I carry out the management of the staff, basically the labour one, on both internal and external aspects: selection and hiring, welcome; payrolls, documents and payments of the Social Security and income tax, short-term incapacity; coordination of bonus training; legal advisory on labour issues for CREAF as employer and for its personnel, preparation and submission of mandatory documents requested by public administrations; monitoring and management of occupational risk prevention; support for the incorporation of foreign personnel (permits and legal advice on working conditions).

As part of my functions, I have participated decisively to update and transform the previous CREAF internal collective agreement into the current collective labour agreement.
